Professional, thorough and just a really nice group of people, the massage was complex and involved the whole body, areas were engaged that had never been touched by human hands before, so many different sensations. Firm and precise movements, the oil and clay that were used were excellent and odorless ☺️ I feel the price does not begin to cover the knowledge and skill used,

From the start, Wes took the time to really understand what I needed - not just rushing into the session. He was super knowledgeable and answered all my questions as well as  shared helpful info on stretching and lymphatic drainage. The pressure throughout the massage was spot on - firm enough to be effective but not uncomfortable. Highly recommend!

With a passion for holistic health and client centered care, wesley is a dedicated Massage Therapist committed to helping individuals restore balance, reduce pain, and improve overall wellness. Wesley is trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy, joint mobilization’s and hot stone massage.

Wesley takes pride in creating personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s Known for a calm and approach, Wesley aims to provide a healing space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their wellness journey.

When not in the clinic, Wesley stays current with ongoing education and loves snowboarding, hiking, and practicing music.

Svitlana

Svitlana trained under Ruslan at the Source of Energy Institute in Kiev. She has been providing pain relief for clients for over 10 years.

Aurelia

Aurelia is a dedicated registered nurse with 11 years of experience in the medical field. She is always helping people who want to achieve optimal health and wellness. Aurelia has spent a lot of time in the medical field, and that’s why she knows about many kinds of illnesses. She saw the deep suffering of patients. This experience pushed her to open her own practice. She wanted to create holistic healing protocols. You can say that Reach Optimal Health is based on her knowledge and her desire to provide care to the unfortunate.

Ruslan

Ruslan was trained in Europe at the Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics. He also trained in Yumeiho Therapy. Yumeiho® is a traditional Japanese therapy. It helps straighten posture and restore the body’s symmetry. Ruslan was also an instructor at the Source of Energy Institute in Kiev. He has been providing pain relief for clients for over 20 years. Also, Ruslan uses four different types of treatment in his approach.
